White-Label GoHighLevel Builds Under Your Agency's Brand
We configure SaaS mode, branding and domains, build your snapshots and onboard your clients — invisibly. You sell the platform; we are the build team your clients never meet.
Your brand in front, our team behind it
Reselling GoHighLevel as your own software is a good business until roughly the tenth client — when the founder is still the only person who can configure a workflow, and every onboarding eats a week. The platform scales; the build capacity does not. That gap is what a white-label partner fills.
We work as your delivery team. Your agency owns the relationship, the pricing and the brand — the app, the domains, the login page and the support address all carry your name. We do the configuration: SaaS-mode plans and Stripe rebilling, sub-account architecture, roles and permissions, the snapshots your niches need, and the onboarding of each new client to a documented standard.
Everything is written down so it survives us. SOPs for onboarding, a change log for every snapshot, recorded training for your staff. If you eventually hire in-house, they inherit a system rather than a mystery. Until then you have senior GoHighLevel builders on tap at a fixed monthly or per-client price, with an NDA as standard.

What we run for you
SaaS-Mode Configuration
Plans, pricing tiers, Stripe rebilling, usage wallets and automated sub-account provisioning, so a client can sign up and be live without a human step.
Branding, Domains & App
White-labelled desktop and mobile app, custom domains for the platform, funnels and email, and a login experience that is entirely yours.
Sub-Account Architecture
Agency structure, team roles and permissions, shared assets, and the guardrails that stop a junior deleting a client's pipeline.
Snapshots per Niche
Tested, versioned snapshots for each vertical you sell into, deployable by your onboarding staff without escalation.
Client Onboarding as a Service
We onboard each new client to a checklist — domain and email authentication, calendars, numbers, automations tested — for a per-client fee, under your brand.
Ongoing Build Retainer
A monthly block of senior build hours for custom workflows, integrations and client requests, reported to you weekly.

How we plug in
Most agencies are running their first white-label onboardings with us inside a month.
Agency audit
Current setup, client list, verticals, pricing, and where onboarding time actually goes.
Platform build
SaaS mode, branding, domains, architecture and permissions configured and tested.
Snapshot library
One snapshot per vertical, built clean and documented.
First onboardings together
We run the first clients with your team watching, then hand over the SOP — or keep running them for you.
Retainer rhythm
Weekly ticket review, monthly report, quarterly snapshot upgrades.
Is this the right service for you?
We would rather tell you now than three weeks in.
A good fit if…
- You resell GoHighLevel as SaaS — or want to — and onboarding is the bottleneck
- You have clients across two or more verticals and want a repeatable product for each
- You need senior build capacity without hiring a full-time GHL specialist
- You want everything documented so you are not dependent on any one person — including us
Probably not, if…
- You use GoHighLevel for your own business only — see our standard GHL setup instead
- You want us to sell for you — we build; the client relationship stays yours
- You need us invisible but also on client calls under our own name — pick one, and we recommend the first
From $6,500, fixed once scope is signed
GHL Agency & White-Label runs $6,500–$15,250+ for the platform build and snapshot library. Per-client onboarding and monthly retainers are quoted separately, with no minimum term after the initial build.
Questions we are asked most
What does "white-label GoHighLevel" mean?
On the Agency Unlimited plan and above, GoHighLevel can be rebranded so clients see your logo, your domain (for example app.youragency.com), your app and your support address. Combined with SaaS mode, you sell it as your own software at your own pricing. We set all of that up and then build inside it under your brand.
Which GoHighLevel plan do we need?
Agency Unlimited ($297/month) for white-label branding, unlimited sub-accounts and snapshots; SaaS Pro ($497/month) if you want SaaS mode with automated Stripe rebilling and self-serve signup. The subscription is billed to you by GoHighLevel; our fees cover the build.
Will our clients ever know you exist?
Not unless you tell them. We work inside your agency account, communicate through you or through a branded support inbox you control, and sign an NDA as a matter of course.
Can you take over an agency account that is already messy?
Yes — it is the most common starting point. The audit maps what exists, what is broken and what is duplicated; we then rebuild the architecture in a controlled way, client by client, without downtime.
How is a retainer priced?
As a fixed monthly block of senior build hours with a weekly report of what was done, plus a per-client onboarding fee when you want us to run those. No minimum term after the initial platform build.
