How do I get started with WebexDigitals?

Send us your URL and we will run a free audit first — Core Web Vitals at the 75th percentile, index coverage, and the three biggest drop-off points on your funnel. You get that back within 48 hours with a fixed-price proposal attached. Nothing is owed until you accept it.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Roughly two thirds of our work is for clients outside our own timezone, across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE and the EU. Everything runs asynchronously through a shared board and a live staging URL, with calls scheduled in your working hours rather than ours.

What industries do you specialize in?

We are sector-agnostic but strongest where the site itself is the sales channel: professional services, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, clinics and property. If your revenue depends on a form being filled in or a checkout being completed, that is the work we do best.

Can you handle both design and development?

Yes, and we prefer to. Designs handed to a separate build team are where performance budgets die — a comp with four web fonts and an uncompressed hero looks fine in Figma and fails Core Web Vitals in the browser. One team owning both means the budget is enforced at the point the decision is made.

How do you communicate during a project?

One shared board, one live staging URL, and a named engineer you message directly. No account manager relaying questions. You see progress continuously rather than at scheduled reveals, and every build is reviewed on a real device over a throttled connection, not on a designer's laptop.
Pricing

Are the prices listed fixed or negotiable?

The published ranges are real and fixed once scope is agreed in writing. They are ranges because a five-page brochure site and a twenty-page site with three integrations are not the same job. After the audit you get one number, not a range, and that number does not move unless you change the scope.

Do you require a deposit upfront?

Yes — 40% to start, then staged milestone payments tied to deliverables rather than dates. You are never more than one milestone ahead of the work, and the final payment falls due after the performance targets are verified on the live site, not on handover.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, all major cards, and PayPal for smaller engagements. Invoices are issued in USD, GBP or EUR. For engagements over $10,000 we can invoice against a purchase order if your finance team needs one.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Anything over $2,500 can be split across the project timeline, typically three or four instalments tied to milestones. We do not charge interest or a financing fee for this — it is the same total price, just spread.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

No. The quote covers design, build, testing, launch and the performance work needed to hit the agreed targets. Third-party costs you would pay anyway — domain, hosting, premium plugins, stock photography, paid fonts — are listed separately and at cost, so you can see exactly what is ours and what is not.
Process

How long does a typical project take?

A performance-led brochure site is typically four to six weeks; e-commerce and custom builds run eight to fourteen. The audit stage adds about a week but usually removes more than that later, because the scope stops moving once everyone can see the actual numbers.

Will I see the design before development starts?

Always. Nothing is built until the design is signed off, and you review it on a real staging URL rather than a flat image. That matters here: a design is only approved once we have confirmed it can hit the agreed load-time budget, so what you sign off is what will actually ship.

How many revisions are included?

Two full rounds at the design stage and one after build, which covers almost every project. Beyond that we bill hourly at a published rate rather than quietly absorbing it, because unlimited revisions are how fixed-price projects turn into resentment on both sides.

What do you need from me to start the project?

Your current URL, access to analytics and Search Console if you have them, your logo and brand assets, and a rough sense of which pages actually matter commercially. If you have none of that, we can start from the audit alone — it tells us more than most briefs do.

Can I make changes after the project starts?

Yes, within reason. Small changes get absorbed. Anything that moves the scope gets a written change order with its own price and timeline impact before we touch it, so the number you agreed never quietly grows.
Technical

Will my website be SEO-optimized?

Every build ships server-rendered with semantic HTML, correct heading structure, canonical tags, XML sitemap, and Organization, Service, Breadcrumb and FAQ structured data as standard. That last part increasingly matters more than rankings: FAQ and entity markup is what Google's AI Overviews and assistants like ChatGPT actually cite when they answer a question about your sector.

Do you handle hosting and domain?

We can, or we can deploy to hosting you already control — your choice, and we will tell you honestly if what you have is the thing making the site slow. Server response time caps your Largest Contentful Paint no matter what we do in the browser, so on some projects the cheapest available win is moving hosts.

What technologies do you use?

PHP and Laravel, React and Next.js, WordPress and Shopify where a CMS is the right answer, and plain server-rendered HTML where a framework would only add weight. We pick per project rather than per fashion. You own the code and it runs anywhere — no proprietary builder, no lock-in.

Will the website be mobile-friendly?

Mobile is where we start, not where we check at the end. Layouts are built mobile-first and tested on a mid-range Android over a throttled connection, because that describes far more of your real traffic than the hardware any of us develops on.

How fast will my website load?

We target under 2.5 seconds for Largest Contentful Paint and under 200 milliseconds for Interaction to Next Paint, measured at the 75th percentile of real visits rather than in a lab. Those numbers go in the contract, and we report on them for 90 days after launch.
Support

Do I own the website and source code?

You own all of it outright — design files, source code and content — transferred on final payment with no licence, no retainer requirement and no strings. If you want to move to another agency afterwards, everything you need goes with you.

What happens after the project is delivered?

Thirty days of free support for anything that behaves differently from the agreed spec, plus 90 days of performance reporting so you can see real-user Core Web Vitals, indexation and conversion after launch. If a target we committed to is missed, fixing it is already in the price.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes. Every build ships with a CMS or an editable content layer for the parts you will realistically want to change, plus a short recorded walkthrough for your team. You will not need us for a price change or a new blog post.

What if something breaks after launch?

Tell us and we fix it. Anything caused by our work is fixed at no cost, permanently — not just during a warranty window. For issues caused by a third-party update or something changed after handover, we quote before doing anything.

Do you offer ongoing marketing services after the website is live?

Yes, though only where it makes sense. There is little point buying traffic for a page that does not convert, so we usually push clients to fix the site first and spend on acquisition second. Ongoing SEO, content and paid campaigns are available monthly with no minimum term.
