The Web Studio That Puts Performance in Writing
Founded in 2020, WebexDigitals has shipped 200+ projects for 100+ clients in 20+ countries — each one built to a written speed, search and conversion target, priced as a single fixed number, and handed over with everything in the client's name.
What a "performance-first" studio actually means
It means the first question on any project is not "what should it look like?" but "what does it have to do, and how will we know?" We pull real-user Core Web Vitals, index coverage and drop-off data before we quote, agree the targets in writing, and design and build against them — with the same team owning brand, UI, code and search so nothing is lost in a handoff.
We are not the cheapest option and do not try to be. Much of what we take on is a second attempt — a site or a CRM built once already by someone who optimised for the pitch rather than the browser. Alongside web builds we run a dedicated GoHighLevel practice for service businesses and agencies, because follow-up speed decides as many sales as page speed does.
- A performance budget in every proposal — page weight, LCP, INP, script cap
- One fixed price with exclusions stated; change orders in writing
- Code, design files, domain and accounts transferred to you on final payment
- 30 days of support and 90 days of real-user reporting after launch
Six years, in numbers
Projects shipped, clients served and the team that did it — as of this year, not projected.
Where the hours go
Eight disciplines under one roof, so brand, build, search and automation share a single budget and a single point of accountability.

Measured Before Designed
Every project opens with numbers, not a mood board.

Real-user Core Web Vitals, index coverage and drop-off points are pulled before we quote. If the audit says the thing you asked for is not the thing that will move the number, we tell you before you have paid for it.
The Budget Is in the Contract
Page weight, LCP, INP and a script cap — written down.

A performance budget goes into the proposal next to the price and is enforced on every commit. What you sign off has already been tested on a throttled mid-range phone, so what ships is what you approved.
Fewer Projects, Finished Properly
We cap concurrent work on purpose.

Each build gets code review, cross-browser and device testing, an accessibility pass and a structured-data check before it goes anywhere near your domain. Speed is a habit, not a final sprint.
One Price, Stated Exclusions
Fixed scope, fixed price, change orders in writing.

You get a line-item scope with what is not included spelled out, milestone payments tied to deliverables, and a named engineer you can message directly. If something slips, you hear it from us first with a revised date attached.
You Own Everything
Code, files, domain, accounts — all in your name.

No proprietary builder you cannot leave, no hostage hosting, no licence that lapses if you stop paying us. On handover you receive every credential, the full source and a recorded walkthrough.
We Report the Losses Too
Ninety days of real data after launch, good or bad.

Analytics, conversion events and Core Web Vitals monitoring are configured before go-live. Three months later you can see exactly what the work did — including anything that under-performed, and what we did about it.
Where projects usually go wrong — and our answer to each
Clients on what changed
“WebexDigitals rebuilt our site and our organic traffic tripled in seven months. What stood out was that they told us which of our ideas were bad ones — before we paid for them.”
James K.
CEO, TechVenture“They migrated us off five separate tools into GoHighLevel without losing a single lead. Our follow-up now happens in under a minute instead of the next morning.”
Sarah R.
CTO, DataFlow“We had been quoted double by two other agencies for less scope. Delivered on time, on budget, and they still answer the phone eighteen months later.”
Michael A.
Founder, GreenLeaf“The handover was the best I have experienced. Full source, every credential, and a recorded walkthrough so my team could actually run it.”

How big is WebexDigitals?
Around fifty people across design, engineering, search and automation — a core of full-time staff plus long-standing specialist contractors we have worked with for years. You are introduced to the specific people on your project, and you message them directly rather than through an account manager.
Where are you based?
We work remotely across several time zones and serve clients in more than twenty countries, with most of our work in North America, the UK, Europe and the Gulf. In practice that means someone is available during your working day, and we agree a communication window before kick-off.
What makes you different from other web agencies?
Three things we put in writing: a performance budget agreed before design starts, one fixed price with exclusions stated, and 90 days of real-user reporting after launch. Most agencies promise quality; we commit to numbers you can check in Search Console.
What kind of clients do you work with?
Mostly small to mid-sized businesses and funded startups whose website is a sales channel — professional services, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, clinics, property. We also work behind the scenes for agencies, particularly on GoHighLevel builds under their brand.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Defined revision rounds at each stage mean course correction happens early, on staging, rather than at the end. If we miss the agreed brief or a performance target we committed to, we fix it at our cost — that is what the fixed-price scope is for.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. A single landing page, a logo, a speed audit or a GoHighLevel setup are all real, complete engagements, and a good number of our long-term clients started exactly that way.
